The Afro-fit dance class is for everyone who loves sport & dancing. It is the ultimate combination between traditional African, urban dance styles and fitness, where you dance yourself fit and learn new dance moves at the same time. Come experience the well known zumba concept, but in this class with an afro vibe. You can easily follow the steps of the teacher, have great fun on afro beats and become fit without feeling you are doing a work-out. When: Wednesday 19:00 – 20:00 Where: In het Koorenhuis, Prinsegracht 27, Den Haag Room: Dansstudio 1.16 The try-out ticket is strictly personal and non transferable. Holadance does not refund season cards, lessons cards or try-out lessons.
